Day 1
• Meeting at Tbilisi Airport.
• Transfer to the hotel and giving presents from our company.
• Meeting dinner from us in an elite Georgian restaurant, where you will taste most delicious dishes of traditional cuisine with the best local wines. Also, you will get to know Georgian folklore, traditional songs and dances.
P.S.
If your flight will be late at night, dinner will be rescheduled to next evening at 8 o'clock (After the Tbilisi excursion).

Day 2 - Tbilisi
The second day of the tour is given to Tbilisi — the capital and main beauty of Georgia, in which two continents coexist for centuries and which has become home of different ethnic and confessional people during this time. We will start from Holy Trinity Cathedral, the main cathedral of the Georgian Orthodox Church and tallest church building in the Caucasus. Then we will move to the Metekhi Plateau, at the monument to King Vakhtang Gorgasali, learn the legend about the foundation of the city and enjoy the impressive views of Old Tbilisi. We will continue our route by walking, it will allow us to experience the unique atmosphere of the city, see the statue of Tamada (Georgian toastmaster), the first public transport of Tbilisi, old trade-industrial streets, cross the Bridge of Peace and reach Narikala fortress by cable car. From the citadel we will go down by hiking trail, see the 19th century Tbilisi mosque and the waterfall of Leghvtakhevi. The excursion ends at the famous sulphur baths, which have great historical and social significance in the city life.

Day 3 – Telavi – Tsinandali – Bodbe – Signagi
This tour to Kakheti, which is one of the most beautiful region of Georgia in its eastern part, allows us to enjoy a variety of nature, traditional cuisine and cultural heritage sites, but the most impressive thing this area can introduce to you is a local winemaking method, continuing tradition dating back to 8000 years. The archaeological findings confirm that in VI millennium BC, the first wine in the world was made on territory of present day Georgia. That’s the reason why UNESCO has officially entitled this country as the Cradle of Wine.
We will go to city of Telavi via colourful Gombori Pass, see nine centuries-old plane tree and go ahead to Tsinandali, the beautiful place which belonged to poet and public figure Prince Alexander Chavchavadze, where Georgian wine was first made using European technology and bottled in the first half of 19th century. In Tsinandali we will visit wine museum with exhibition hall, which displays Georgian viticulture and wine-making process from ancient ages and of course we will have a tasting of this almighty drink.
Then we will see the town of 18th century — Signagi, stronghold with its graceful terraced architecture, narrow streets and spectacular views. Final destination is Bodbe Monastery, one of the holiest sites for Christians as a burial place of St. Nino, Godmother of Georgia who preached Christianity in the beginning of 4th century. This beautiful nunnery is located among tall Cypress trees on a hillside, overlooking the Alazani Valley and the Caucasus Mountains.

Day 4 - Ananuri - Gudauri - Kazbegi
The trip to the Mountains begins on the “Georgian military road“ and the first attraction we will see is — Zhinvali reservoir, surrounded by several ridges. This place with picturesque panorama, does not give you the opportunity to be indifferent. Journey through the homeland of the most popular Georgian dish — “Khinkali” leads us to the Ananuri, a castle complex, which was built between 16th—17th centuries and was a place of many battles as a residence of Eristavis (Dukes) of Aragvi. From the fortress of feudal dynasty we will go to Gudauri, Georgia's most popular ski resort on the greater Caucasus Mountain range plateau, where we will be able to have breathtaking views from the monument of friendship, one of the fascinating examples of Soviet modernism which is in constant focus because of its shapes, sizes and colourful mosaics. Finally, we will reach Stephantsminda (Kazbegi) and visit Gergeti Trinity Church, which stands on 2200 meters above sea level on the top of a mountain and proudly looks down the townlet. This church of 14th century enclosed by Caucasian peaks enveloped in white, had the important role during enemy invasions. Precious relics from Mtskheta including icons and St. Nino's cross, were brought here for safekeeping.

Day 5 - Jvari Monastery - Mtskheta
A visit to historical monuments of Mtskheta, which was country’s ancient capital is a must when you travel to Georgia. At first mysterious Jvari monastery of 6th century with its delightful view on confluence of rivers Mtkvari and Aragvi, which is great example of merging the environment with architecture, then the most important cathedral of Georgia — Svetitskhoveli. Both of those architectural masterpieces are recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

Day 6 - Gori - Uplistsikhe - Likani - Borjomi
The route begins by visiting Gori, a city that has played an important role since the Middle Ages as a strategic stronghold on the main road connecting the eastern and western parts of Georgia, but the main reason, why this city is known for is — Joseph Stalin. Gori is home town of famous (or infamous) soviet leader, where we will be able to visit Stalin’s house-museum whose guide will tell us more or less known details of his life and will discuss with us his role in world history.
Next stop is impressive cave–town Uplistsikhe, which means “Lord’s Fortress”. One of the oldest settlements in the Caucasus dated to the first millennium B.C. It represents series of complexes cut out of the rock. Then Likani, townlet located at the west end of the town of Borjomi, where we will be able to see gorgeous Romanov Palace, which was built in 19th century and served as a summer residence of the Russian emperor Alexander II. The palace complex consists of several buildings, main mansion is built in Moorish style and has different shapes from all sides, as well as each hall of the mansion is decorated in different styles. Final destination is Borjomi, the beautiful resort town, famous for its mineral waters with healing qualities. So, we can have a free tasting of widely known mineral waters at the site of its origin, which is Georgia's #1 export product and #1 friend of Georgians on a hangover.

Day 7 - Rabati - Vardzia
At first, Rabati Castle located in Akhaltsikhe (which means New Castle), in capital of Samtskhe–Javakheti region in southern Georgia. Important caravan routes went through Akhaltsikhe to different parts of Georgia and present day Turkey, what made this city an object of enemy invasions since its foundation in 9th century. For today, after restoration of Castle, it is Georgia's biggest and the most impressive fortified complex. Then fascinating cave-monastery — Vardzia one of the most Impressive examples of rock-cut architecture in Georgia, the extreme upper cave of which lies at about 1450 meters above sea level. Foundation of this monastery dates back to 11th — 12th centuries, but most part of the caves were excavated during the reign of Tamar the Great — female monarch, which was called “King” by Georgians as beloved, strong ruler in the golden era of Georgian kingdom. Vardzia is submitted for inscription on the UNESCO World Heritage List, and it can seem strange, but it is still inhabited by monks today.

Day 9 - Excursion in Batumi
The city which became a synonym of summer and festive mood —Batumi is the capital of Ajara, the first fast-growing region of the south Caucasus and one of the most popular tourist destinations on the Black Sea. This second biggest city of Georgia, as well as whole seaside region is full of diversity, where the snowy mountains and the seashore are neighbours, and modernistic skyscraper stands on the background of a fisherman waiting a catch. Batumi has a lot of sights, Chief among them is — Batumi Boulevard, this seaside park was founded in the 19th century and involves: 7 km of embankment with bicycle path along it; beautiful Summer Theatre; Colonnades; Dancing Fountains etc. Also, must be mentioned: “Ali & Nino” moving statue of love; Alphabet Tower; Batumi Piazza — one of the most visited tourist attraction with Live music; Aqua Park, Miracle park with Batumi Lighthouse and “6 May Park” which is laid around the lake and features the Dolphinarium and Zoo; Astronomical Clock; Ethnographic Museum; Batumi Technological Museum named after the Nobel Brothers; “Argo” Cable Car, which connects the centre of Batumi with Anuria Mountain and offers gorgeous panorama views; Many graceful and historic buildings such as Cinema “Apollo“ or Opera and Ballet Theatre. Near the city there are such attractions as — Batumi Botanical Garden, unique area with rich and varied flora (9 km); Gonio Fortress — which was built in 1st century by the Romans, is the main historical monument of region (12 km); and Petra Fortress of 6th century built by Byzantine Emperor (17 km), But In addition to all this, Batumi is the target of visitors because of many local and international events and festivals hosted by this city (Art-House Film festival “BIAFF”; “Check-in Georgia”; “Black Sea Jazz Festival” etc.).
